Dr. Luke Mack was born and raised in Longview, Texas. After graduating from Longview High School, Dr. Mack moved on to obtain his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University where he majored in Biomedical Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude in three years. Dr. Mack then attended the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston where he earned a degree in Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. To further his education, Dr. Mack moved to Shreveport, LA, where he completed an internship in general surgery. He went on to complete his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, one of the country’s premier programs.
Dr. Mack was trained in full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, implant dentistry, office-based anesthesia, corrective jaw surgery, cosmetics, Botox®/fillers, trauma, TMJ surgery, benign and malignant pathology, and cleft/craniofacial surgery.
Dr. Mack is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and East Texas Dental Society. His current certifications include Level 4 Sedation Permit from the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
His hobbies include hunting, fishing, basketball, traveling and spending time with his friends. Dr. Mack is also enjoying being a newlywed with his wife Baleigh Mack, who also practices dentistry in Longview. Dr. Mack is dedicated to carrying on his family legacy and providing optimal care to his fellow residents of East Texas.
